Hi All!!

I'm a MEP design engineer looking to expand my investment portfolio and I'm just getting started and trying to learn all that I can. My goal is to get into investing where I can grow my portfolio just outside of the Kansas City Metro and eventually leave my W-2 job to spend more time with my kids. My short term goal is to buy our first property to turn into a rental by the end of the year. I would love to make some connections and get to know more people who could help me along the way!
