Hello, I recently purchased a property under my personal name. Both the loan and deed have my name on it. I would like to transfer ownership over to my LLC for tax and business purposes of course. Please let me know your advice or suggestions on moving this property under my business.

I’ve listed my rental on Zillow and received a lot of interest however the property is still undergoing renovations. It won’t be ready for move in for another 2-3 weeks. What should I be doing with all the people who are interested?
