First time investor purchase here is the deal. 4 unit, fully occupied long term tenants, combined rent 2,600.00 dollars a month. Cost of property 128,500.00 with not much rehab if any. Brand new furnaces (3) and just reprinted to be in step with city code? Any advice is greatly appreciated
