Any recommendations on property managers in Waterloo? We haven’t bought yet but are planning on a few multi family units and single family homes in the area and wanted to get a general idea of pricing so we can build it into our costs.

I am working on a flip just south of Urbana Iowa and I’m needing to find a subcontractor for some foundation repairs. Any recommendations?

@Jacob Gelinas good point about overpaying, that was a big fear for my husband and I when buying our first place too

@Frank Patalano my spouse and a lack of time (right at this moment). Last year it was not being able to get financing.

We have an opportunity to get a mobile home park under contract but it’s a bit further than what we are comfortable with investing being as new as we are. I’ve heard of fees for assigning the contract but not sure what’s appropriate.

What is a normal fee for assigning a contract?
