@Alyssa Beno sorry a couple months late, but yes. Saturated market that seems to be fading. Uniqueness needed to survive here unless you have returning guests
Thanks for the reply - do you have an opinion on any other similar markets in NH that may have a better outlook overall? Not looking to rake in millions, but lookign to at least break even as we would be using the property as well in summer and maybe winter here and there.

Hey Broken Bow crew! I know this area is very popular and some say over-saturated (I think thats any popular tourist area these days). But are there any current owners that would let me pick their brain? Curious about the things i cant see on airDNA, and more about how any regulations and state/county specific costs have affected yall before i dive into a purchase there?!

@Christopher Lynch Personally my top three areas would be the North Conway area, Lincoln Area, and Gilford area. North Conway has multiple ski resorts within 30 min, the Outlets, and some of the best hiking in the state. Lincoln is pretty similar to North Conway. Not quite as big and doesn't have the outlets, but it does have Loon which is arguably the premier mountain in NH and some very popular hiking trails. Gilford has Gunstock in the winter, Winnipesauke in the summer, and the Belknap range which has some great easier hiking trails with beautiful views of the lake. Feel free to reach out with any other questions!
Hey Jeremy - I know this post was 3 years ago, but are you still actively working and familiar with the area? Interested in STR info for Gilford or surrounding!

@Kris Maiato I have managed roughly 20 homes in the area and do have some advice. Be sure that you have a differentiator that makes you unique against other homes in the market. The area is becoming saturated and the only way to stay competitive in the area is uniqueness. A split level ranch in a standard neighborhood doesn’t cut it anymore. Happy to help with specifics if needed.
Hey Kyle - i know this was 2 years ago but are you still familiar w/ the area or has your opinion changed at all on this? Looking at a few chalet style properties in that area and interested in insight from others.
