I need some advice when using cash out refinancing. I intend to purchase a house through a HML. After it is Rehabbed, and Rented I would like to Refinance. I am shopping around at local banks to find out there LTV. Most bank want to know the purpose of refinancing.
Do I state that I want to repay my HML? What would be the purpose of the Refi that I would explain to the banks?

Good Night,
I have real 'The book on investing in real estate with low and no money down a few months back and I also have researched the BRRRR strategy. I am seeking some advice in regards to funding other than a conventional loan. My dilemma is that I can't seem to find any hard money or private lenders that are willing to lend in The Bahamas. I also know about the FHA and other loans which I do not think is applicable. I have seen a few deals on properties for rehab but funding the deal is the challenge. What can you recommend other than a conventional loan at this time?

Hello Everyone,
My name is Amaeleo. I am new to bigger pockets and I want to get started in real estate. I have decided on a property I am interested in buying. The bank is willing to lend funds to acquire the property however I will still need financing to build on it. What advice can you give in this scenario?
