Hello. I am from Wilmington Delaware, and can defiantly provide you with some deals around here. I am a newbie and still looking for my first deal. @John Foster I want to start wholesaling in PA too, more around upper Darby area. I’m confused on how to get the contract. Do I have to hire an attorney to write it or do I write it?

Hi! I would love to start wholesaling but I get a blank when I realize I will need a contract to assign to the cash buyer. How do I obtain that contract? Sorry totally a newbie and only 18!
