HI there, I am an Australian investor keen to select a city/area to start investing in. I would like to connect with investor focused agents in Atlanta, Austin, Houston, Dallas and Sacramento as a starting point to narrow down my launch pad!  I am coming over in January and am just doing some prep analysis and research to make a qualified decision of where to spend some time on the ground.  Please let me know if you are interested in working with me.  I am a serious cash buyer with excellent investor credentials and serious about starting a business in this field.

Hi there

I'm an Australian looking to start investing in the US RE market.  I am tossing up whether to pay AUD$40K for an advanced course which includes a buying summit in Vegas and would like to know if anyone out there has done the course and whether you found you got real value out of it, or whether in hind sight you would have had to learn the hard way anyway? I've already done a 3 day seminar which I thought was worthwhile but this is offering a whole lot more education, support, mentorship etc.  many thanks and I love this forum!
