Hey everyone! I’m new to the wholesaling world. I’m a super beginner and still gaining info. One thing I’ve repeatedly have been told a great mentor helps a lot. Soooo here I am. Anyone looking to mentor or just talk real estate. My research is going well. I’m just looking to put the icing on the cake with tips and tricks from someone in the industry.

Do I need a real estate license to do real estate wholesale? Adding on to that question. Would a real estate license help me understand wholesaling better?
