I pre-qualify all of my buyers and they must show capability and be realistic in what they want to buy. Time is money and brokers make money when they close deals. 

 You didn't answer my question. I am an actual buyer, looking for a good broker.

I'm interested in multi tenant retail, offices and multifamily, and mainly looking for brokers with access to a larger pool of off-market deals. I know this is what everyone's looking after.
