Hello all,

I'm a newbie real estate investor in the Calgary area and am interested in investing here. I see a huge potential for this city. It's the cleanest city in the world, there are many incentives to living here, government is pushing for diversification in the tech industry,  and it's quite affordable compared to other major Canadian cities.
