I purchased a home in Somerset last year and was lucky to find a realtor and a contractor that I really liked. I don't think I'm supposed to post contact info in the forums (I'm new here), so I'll send a private message with the info.

Why Raleigh? Well, @Matt Rothwell and @Jacob A., mainly because its one of the top 4 growing cities in the US, and the other 3 are in Texas with is a little much of a stretch for me living in New Jersey. At least I've been to Raleigh and I have some family there. What are your favorite areas, and have you invested remotely?

I should have also mentioned that I'm interested in connecting with investors in my area as well. Any members in New Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, East Brunswick, Somerset, Edison, Somerville, or Bridgewater New Jersey areas?
