Does anyone know if property managers can require a specific electric service for tenants in TX MF? I'm looking to invest in MF properties and I also belong to a MLM company offering electric service.

Does it make a difference if I am a passive investor investing within an IRA?

Hello,

I am looking for ways to market to baby boomers who are about to, or have recently retired.  My thoughts are pulling a high equity list and market to them unless someone knows a better way to reach this segment?

If anyone else out there is looking to work with this population and help them sell their houses to move to a Latin American destination and set them up with a viable retirement option I would like to talk with you.
