Yeah, the bad economy is very good the foreclosure business obviously. We'll have to see how Barack's plans pan out. I think we can all agree that the economy won't fix itself overnight.

Not having success using Google Adwords? Try creating more ad groups and following them closely, adjusting them as they bring in clicks or not. Use brackets to make keywords exact so that the broad match option isn't automatically set. This lowers your wasted clickers.

Thanks for backing me tim. It's true that many Real Estate investors are selfish, but there are good ones out there who really do help those in mortgage/default trouble.

As everyone knows foreclosures have skyrocketed in the past months. I think that it would be good for Realtors to help those in need.
