Hi guys, My one bedroom is payed off and is worth about 165k and my two bedroom i have about 100k in equity. Yes , it could be rented.

My tenants called me to tell me that the fridge is not cooling enough. Is it my responsibility to repair or replace the fridge?

One need someone to help me out. I own two condos, one I rented out which is a one bedroom and other one I live in it which is a 2 bed 2 bath. Im moving to Long Island because of job placement and don't know what to do with both condos. Should I rent them out or should I sell them?
