Hello everyone, I am a 51yrs young man living in the Buffalo, Ny, with little real estate or financial education. However, I am animate about becoming a successful real estate investor. Should i seeking more education or learn by experience? I am in desperate need of guidance to make my dream come true. Any and all tips, or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
