Hi

I wanted to see if anyone could give me advice as to where I can find investors for shopping centers. I have a great deal, but I don't know where to go to look.

Thank you

Hi

There is a website out there that gives you a list of real estate investors for both commercial and residential. It is like $50.00 a month. I can't think of the name and I was hoping y'all can help me out.

I tried to put down $2000, but my agent told me that wasn't enough. The cash buyers in that area are putting down 5-10%.

Hello

I have a quick question ... How do you put down an earnest money deposit when you don't have the 5-10% they want. Is there a strategy around this?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello

I have came across some real estate posts where you the LLC purchased the property, and you just change the managing member who is your "cash buyer". Does anyone know how to do this?
