I hired Homesnap Pro to do some ads, and I now believe they are crooks. They sent weekly updates, including supposed "inquiries" (names and phone numbers). I was never able to reach one person, and when I researched the phone numbers, and found that many names and phone numbers did not exist . I discontinued the ads, and asked a representative to cancel my account and remove my credit card from their data base. The portal did not allow me to do it myself. Homesnap Pro kept my account active, and--many months later--charged me for an ad campaign without my knowledge. They claimed that I had approved the campaign. I went round and round with them before reporting fraud to my credit card company. Thankfully I had screenshots of emails I sent cancelling the account (dated earlier than the charges). I reported this fraudulent company to the Federal Trade Commission. They are a SCAM.

I used Homesnap for several ad campaigns with no results.A charge later appeared ($168) for an ad campaign that I never approved. I called Homesnap and learned that the "fine print" of a previous campaign included running "automatic campaigns" for every home I listed and sold in the future. I informed the Homesnap Rep that I did not agree to those terms, and instructed him cancel the order and refund the $168. He did, and assured me that my account was "set" to require my approval for future ad campaigns. I asked the rep to remove my credit card information from their database, and he did not. Eight months later, I received a bill for $168 charge. Homesnap had switched my account back to automatic ad campaigns (without my approval). They had kept my credit card on file against my instructions. Their representative (Imir) insisted that another representative (Matt) said I hadn't changed the status of my account. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported Homesnap to the Federal Trade Commission. I have emails proving their dishonest practices. This company is FRAUDULENT. I hope someone shuts them down. AB, Realtor
