Hi Charles! Yes looking for my first purchase to invest on 3-4 units would be ideal. Will b doing renovation myself and boyfriend who does plumbing, heating and construction. Yes would like to trade manual labor for eduction. I’m learning from books from BP, Brandon Turner, YouTube, joined seminars and webinars. Learning all I can. Excited to take on new challenges although I know it won’t be easy.

Hello!!! My name is Amy, I'm from NYC and new to BP. I been doing my research & reading books everyday for the past couple of months to educate myself more on real estate. I'm going to start out with a FHA loan and move my way up from there. Currently looking for my first property !

I’m offering to help anyone to fix their unit for free. Painting / tiles / flooring, my boyfriend is a plumber and does construction. I’m doing this to learn more about the process, become more hands on and chat about real estate.
