OK, iron clad was strong language. I am still looking for an Illinois RE Attorney that understands the contractual needs of Investors. Do you know any?

Dear Members,

Does anyone know of an Illinois RE Attorney who is an expert on HUD contracts, and has the ability to craft iron clad contingencies for Wholesaler contracts? I have contacted a few Lawyers, but received no return response. Not even an email or text.
