I have two vacant lots that I would like to put mobile homes on in Pine Bluff, Ark (about 45 minutes outside Little Rock). Based on feedback from the zoning department I'll need a scaled site plan showing the placement of the structure on the lot and the location of required parking.

I have a few questions as it relates to Arkansas.

1. 1.) Does anyone know if the "offer to purchase" quote is the same in Alabama where no one else can submit an offer for the same period? I noticed that once I received my quote it was removed from COSL
2. 2.)Recommendation of a company that provides escrow services?
3. 3.)Recommendation of a real estate attorney?

So glad I found this post. Do you mind sharing the link for the Montgomery records? I'm trying to find something similar for B'ham
