hi all on BP, I have been interested in real estate investing for quite some time. I'm 21 from San Diego, CA. I'm currently taking courses to get my real estate license so that I can gain more knowledge on the market. I have also been listening to podcasts and reading forums on BP to  gain more knowledge and get started in real estate investing. But that is simply a starting point to my end goal. I want to invest in buy and hold properties but do not have a lot of money. I'm not asking for quick fixes or any get rich quick schemes because I know that investing takes a lot of patience time and effort...And also money. I came across and researched wholesaling as a way to acquire cash to put towards buy and hold deals. I was wondering what other ways people have used to fund their investments without having a lot of money to start with?
