how do you go about creating a cash buyers buying list in Houston area?

@Jeremy Pakalka thank you for taking you time to reply to by form i haven't set up a buyers list but i will and i will put you down I'm am new to this and I am extremely eager to learn so far i haven't reached out to any sellers but i plan to do that in the near future once I learn how to have a proper contract formed to where i don't take any major risks I'm also worried about not being able to find buyers when i have found a seller

where do you find cash buyers?

I watched youtube videos now what? how do i find a seller and buyer and how do i choose the right contract do i need to form an LLC and I do not have a real estate license
