@Ada S.

Hi Ada

Did you ever find a knowledgeable realtor in the Upstate area? I’d love to help if you are still searching. I too am an investor and understand the market.

Just let me know, thanks!

Andrea

Hi Paul, have you looked at Boiling Springs? There are a lot of duplexes in the area. I would recommend looking outside of Greenville for multi-family. Let me know if you need any help with the house hunt. Andrea

Super exciting growth in the Greenville, SC downtown area.

From the Upstate Business Journal: https://upstatebusinessjournal.com/peace-center-su...

Plans to expand and develop restaurants, shops, and apartment buildings.

If you are from the Upstate, what are your thoughts? Do you think the city is growing too fast? Are there disadvantages to the development? Where would you want to see changes made? Do you think Spartanburg could be a 'mini' Greenville one day?

Hi Brad, Please let me know if I can help answer any questions about the area. Our family loves the upstate and there are a ton of investing opportunities.

Hi all,

My husband and I are from Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. The past six years we lived in the Bay Area for full time jobs but recently decided to move back to "our roots" in Greenville, SC.

We begin investing four years ago while living in CA. Our portfolio ranges from land, residential, multi family and (newly) a tiny home.

Please reach out to me if you're from the area or looking to invest outside your home state. The Greenville and surrounding cities are booming!

I'm am also a local realtor and would love to help or just answer questions.

Cheers!

Andrea
