Agents: Looking for land preferably with an old house or mobile home on it, i.e. potential quick habitation, in the pretty areas along 301. I don't want an agent who is just going to sign me up for MLS listings and forget about me, I want one who preferably already has this property listed. (Investor seeking to sell also great.) Looking to pay cash up to $150k, maybe obtain a small mortgage for the right property. Multiple related investors. If I could get more investors we could look at larger, more expensive property that could be shared or divided.
Would also consider property with a nice house, of course requiring us to get a larger mortgage.
Agricultural /farm land would be great. Multiple restrictions would not be great. Planning to do some ag and some house hacking, possible small tiny-house development.

Planning cash buy of land with old house or mobile home with ability to add housing.
... preferably with an old house or mobile home on it (does not have to be habitable). Location needs to be within 30 minutes of a city or large town, and it needs to NOT be in a kkk area. (Yes, those exist.) Prefer between Tampa and Gainesville. Must be over 1/2 acre.
