Hello Trevor,

I don't have a particular area I am targeting.  If the numbers look right, I am open as long as it is within the DFW area.  I willing to finance the flip, and split the profits. I want to learn as much as I can, so I am available to help you anyway possible with any of your deals. If it's sweeping the floor, talking strategy, or making Home Depot runs,  I will love to be able to help you out as much as I can.

I am looking for an experienced flipper to partner with on my first flip in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

I want to place multiple on REO's I see, but my realtor says the seller wants earnest money. At what time in the process is earnest money required, and how do I get it back if I find out something wrong with the property, and I decide not to purchase? Can someone explain the process?

Thanks!
