We buy anywhere, including direct from sellers.  Do you have anything that we can look at?

Who are you working for?

We are actually buying more direct from seller, as you know, once the property hits the MLS its usually priced so high that we cant make any money..........We are starting to do more advertising directly to the public, although we still have out marketing to local agents as well........Its tough out there, but I think a lot of players are getting weeded out, I am hearing more and more stories of people being upside down on the flips because they are paying too much and miscalculating the repair costs. If you have anything we can consider let me know!

We are starting a big job next Monday, is anyone interested in a start to finish project?  Will be doing a big addition in Clairemont.

What do you currently do for a living?  Are you in the real estate business?  What is your background.  Let me know a little bit more about yourself in order to see if we can be a good fit.  

In regards to the cost, we are new to the rehab training business and at the current time would like to just recoup the cost.

On another note, is there any other investor/mentors out there that could give me some tips on how to recruit investors interested in the flipping business.  I have a lot of opportunity with the amount of houses we are flipping at any given time ( over 10 ) to show them the ropes and want to leverage this opportunity while we can.  Instead of offering classroom material, we would be out in the field, experiencing real problems with real houses and finding real solutions.

Is anyone interested in coming down to Chula Vista this week to go over a property we have?
