I recently made a post about finding a sponsoring broker before i passed my state exam. I just passed and it seems more confusing than ever to me. I’m looking to go into selling residential properties but i wanna a sponsoring broker that will train me properly. I’m in the Chicago area so any and all help would be appreciated.

I’m currently finishing up my brokers class and will be taking my state exam shortly after. I’m a little lost as how to find a sponsoring broker or where to even begin to look. I’m looking for a little direction and a lot of help it just seems so overwhelming. Thanks in advance for any advice given
