Hello BP I'm happy to report that i have my first flip sold as of 11/9/2018 moneys in the BANK! 

This was the biggest learning lesson and curve in my life!

All I can say is EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION!

How can i analyze a deal fast and accurately before i submit an offer? Is there a software or spreadsheet that can be used?
