@Stephen Morales Got it! Stick to one market, master it, exhaust it, move to another market and REPEAT

@Jonathan Klemm if you're open to helping me close my first deal here in Chicago I'd be willing to learn and connect!

@Jonathan Klemm Hey Johnathan, I believe my biggest obstacle has been finding deals off market that are legit. Oddly enough everyone says off market is the way to go and I agree that it has its place, but I'm not really finding success with that strategy so I've been pivoting to on market deals. I like both strategies on and off but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places!

@Mariam Diarra how do you find good leads? Is there a specific software/ website you use because that's one of my main challenges, finding good deals

Hi I'm a 19 year old wholesaler trying to close my first deal! It's been challenging but a learning process as well. I'm  in markets like Georgia, Cleveland, OH and Indianapolis, trying to be in more favorable markets, sometimes I seem to get closer to a deal but never a closing deal. I guess I'm asking for help essentially 😂

My name is Andre, I'm 19 yrs old trying to get my first deal. I've been in it since the beginning of this year. The markets near me are seemingly over saturated so I thought to look to other markets out of state that aren't as saturated to have a better chance of getting many deals/ connections! I guess I'm asking is this a good idea?
