Hello, I am new to Real Estate Investing and looking to start my entrepreneurship with Wholesaling in the Tampa bay area. (Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough)

I attended a seminar about REI in November and ever since I have been reading articles, blogs, forums and different books. Attending REI clubs in my area and networking with local investors. Also I have been listening to BP podcasts along with others and audio books. I sat down with a Title company who has RE Attorneys the other day and am waiting to sit with a few more to choose an investor friendly company. I waiting for my LLC to register with the state of FL so in the mean time I thought it a good idea to introduce myself here on BP. Even though I plan to start generating my own leads and grow my company in the future, I understand there are no short-cuts. I actually quit my 40hr week day job with benefits to only work nights and give myself time to focus on REI. So I am able to offer my time to investors in the area who need someone motivated and determined to help and work on their business. I will start at the bottom of the totem pole and plan to keep educating myself even years down the line. I would love to get more experienced investors advice on starting.
