Hello Bigger Pockets community. Hope everyone reading this is doing great.

As a newbie investor, I am trying to figure out what type of RE investing area I should learn more about and potentially begin an investing career in. I've read that it depends on many things like personality, market opportunities, etc. But the more I learn about each different type, the more I want to do them all! Maybe that's the long term plan, but lets begin somewhere.

Perhaps I'm looking for some stories of RE investors/flippers/whole-sellers/agents in each area to share some of the Pros and Cons of say: investing in multifamily units or flipping a house or developing land. What type of investment generally carries the most risk? the least? What about pay-off?- what type generally has the best ROI?

I know this is a lot to ask, but I bet I'm not the only one wondering about this!

I'd love to hear your stories!
