@Reginald Dulaney its true is under an LLC during the refi it HAS to be a multi family property USUALLY 5+ units (aka bigger than a fourplex)

The banks dont like lending out to residential properties under business names so i think its best to transfer the title into an LLC AFTER the refi stage? Im new to RE too but ik how the bank thinks in their eyes its just not worth it "too small"

Hello guys thought it'd be interesting to start a discussion about ************* (real estate guru) me and my sister went to a free seminar in Miami FL and signed up for a 997$ 3day real estate course from 9-6pm Starting June 7th 2019 - June 9th 2019 Me and my sis split the payment, the whole "we are a business real estate knowledge isn't free" i mean I've been to many of these free seminars and they all pitch you some insane price for real estate education or training or some "elite course" farce companies like Renatus etc.. however since i admire ************* and 997$ wasn't that much compared to what I've seen in the past we ended up signing up i will GLADLY update you guys to see if it was worth it or if i learned anything. During the seminar they gave me a glimpse of shortsales etc.. and access to "Deal Desk" a platform in which i can find deals not listed in MLS
