Hey Preston! Thank you! I'd love to meet up and or connect with someone. What's the best way to be contacted?

Quote from @Brian Cauldwell:

Hi @Andre Whitmire! I would suggest finding out your lending options and what kind of strategy you want to forward with. A lot my new investors go with the BRRRR- buy, rehab, rent, refi, repeat because that will stretch your initial upfront cost as far as possible.

Once you know those and find properties that fit into your plan and then find lending options before making an offer so you know that it will be a good investment for you moving forward.

That is awesome advise. I'm currently working on getting my first property through a tax sale purchase. I think it would be a good start to go with the BRRRR. Kind of nervous about it.

Hello,

My name is Andre and I'm new to bigger pockets. I've started my own LLC and wanted to ask about getting started. Can anyone propose the best course of action to get things rolling? I'd love to get started on a property ASAP.
