Good morning!

I'm curious about the prices we can expect to pay to install and finish 1) a new bathroom and 2) a new kitchen in a new construction ADU unit in Los Angeles! The unit will be roughly 900 sqft, and although we're aiming for a modern look, it's still a rental property so looking to install fairly standard/reasonable cabinets, appliances, etc.

Additionally, I was also curious about recommendations for affordable cabinet brands that we could install in this rental?

Thanks in advance!!

Hello!

I am a new landlord in Los Angeles and I'm curious on any lease templates or lease generators that people may be using. In the next few months, I'm looking to get a standard CA NAA lease with RUBS included for billing the water and sewer, as well as requiring tenants to have their own renters insurance, as that is not something they are currently required.

I'm wondering where a good place to start to create this new lease, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Andrew
