I'm looking to put an offer in on a duplex in the Chattanooga area, that will require some rehab. Does anyone have a recommendation for a great lender in the area? I live in Florida so greatly appreciate any feedback from you local experts.

Hello all, looks like a great community here. Listened to many podcasts, and pick up great ideas every time. 

At the moment, I'm looking for ways to break into the BRRR cycle in this Seller's market, leaning toward low overhead properties with Short Term Rental potential - particularly near Ybor City and TPA airport.

Would like to find an Agent that is familiar with the Short Term Rental market(s) (and Cash on Cash returns) in these areas, potentially expanding to St. Petersburg and/or Orlando.
