I have a VA loan with Flagstar that I IRRRL'd earlier this year. They do not charge origination fees for military loans. Check them out!

Hello,

I am Andrew Dorich from Jacksonville FL. I am new to REI but I have been on the sidelines looking at this for many years. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad years ago and at least starting investing in the stock market after but never started in RE. I am currently active duty Navy with 18 years of service and need to find a better way to earn an income than deploying overseas. I have a wife and two young daughters that I would like to spend more time with and have the freedom to make my own schedule (mostly around theirs). I randomly fell upon the biggerpockets website one day and I now how have the bug. I read "the Book on Rental Property Investing" in about 24 hours and I am currently digesting "the book on Managing Rental Properties". My goal is to make an offer on my first rental in the next 90 days.

I also coach youth girls soccer in my spare time and spend time with my girls hiking, fishing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Thank you for sharing all the knowledge in these forums and I look forward to meeting other investors in the Jacksonville area.

Best Regards

Andrew

Lillie Hernandez I just sent you a message.
