Check out The David Greene Show podcast.  Just launched.  

I’m tired of the lack of David Greene as the main podcast host.  Whoever’s idea to remove him and add others was a bad one in my opinion.  I’m cancelling my monthly subscription.  ✌️

Is anyone else frustrated with all the different hosts on main BP podcast?  One of the top reasons I listen to a podcast is the host.  I mean no disrespect to the other hosts, but I continued to listen to the BP podcast when David Greene was the host.  You have plenty of spin off podcasts for the other hosts/ topics.  Keep the main podcast David and Rob!!  At this point when I start podcast if it’s not David Greene talking I stop and find another real estate podcast.   

Looking for a lender in Cincinnati, OH area or online. Probably single family but up to 8 unit. Title to be taken in an LLC so commercial loan. I've got 4 single family rentals producing 5200/month (no debt on them). Still have a w2 job over 100k. Ok to put 20-30% down. Don't want to move my personal and commercial bank accounts from current bank. No prepayment penalties. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
