I live in the Milwaukee area as well! What type of commercial property do you own? I am currently not invested in any properties, but plan to.

Hello everyone,

My name is Andrew Flynn and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I am from the Milwaukee area and I am currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am 21 years old and plan to purchase my first REI project the summer after my graduation (May 2017). I have been a member on Bigger Pockets for about a month or two and have spent most of my time reading blogs and listening to pod casts. However, recently I discovered the value of the forums and want to get more involved and become a more active member! I just wanted to give a very brief introduction of myself for now, I will post my first topic later today in hopes of creating some quality discussion. I look forward to becoming a more engaged member on the forums and the website as a whole!
