Purchase price: $400,000
Cash invested: $275,000

Flip property that had additions added to the home. Property was completely remodeled from top to bottom with full upgrades. Project was complicated and involved having to work through disclosure issues and contractor deficiency.

Flip property that required extensive permitting due to missed permitting on basement unit when constructed. Purchased property and permitted home to add great room. Once permitting started we were brought to the attention. We then permitted and complete full construction of home.
