I was looking for a short-term rental in the month of July 2024 in Flagstaff, AZ.  Is there anyone in the forum that has a short-term rental available in Flagstaff in July 2024?

Hi All,

I'm an investor in the LTR's now and I plan to get in the Short-term rental market by year end.  I was looking into getting a subscription to AirDnA.  Is AirDnA worth the $500 bucks?  Does it give you good data?  What are the pros and what are some cons.  

Any insight would be appreciated.
