Thanks for responding with good advice so quickly. I was hoping to find a website that might have some data regarding a range of cap rates for my area. I do have a call in to an appraiser who should be able to help. Thanks again.

Can someone help me determine the value of a medical property? I am trying to find out what the cap rate is for a medical office located at 200 Washington Heights Medical Center in Westminster, MD 21157. Any suggestions on how I can find what the range of cap rates are for this locale?
