Hi Guys, I am very new to RE. I have a W2 job. I am interested in flipping a home in Az as my first project. Unfortunately, I can not give it my 100 percent of my time due to having a W2 job. Does anyone know of a good contractor and wholesaler that they know off here in AZ? I have just recently joined AZREIA club and will be attending the meeting on January. 

My strategy in RE going in is to take out an equity loan on my house (I am in the process of doing, I believe I will get about 40K). Then find a hard money lender that will help me finance a property that I want to flip and use the equity money for rehab. That is what I have for now. I know I am missing a lot of other things please give me any input that can get me starting on the right foot. Thanks.
