I know that a lot of people frown on this product, but the truth is that a few hundred clients use it across America every month.
THE NO RATIO Mortgage loan program backed by the CDFI.
They are safer now because of the maximum of 80% LTV threshold and mandatory reserves required.

This is one of my favorite Unconventional loan program because it allows borrowers with good FICOs and Reserves to qualify for a 30yr mortgage.
To my knowledge only Change Wholesale and Champions Funding offers this product.
