Thanks.  I used Kast Electrical Services (from Homeadvisor).  He works weekends at a fair price.

I'm in need of an electrician to wire up a garbage disposal / dishwasher switch. My tenant somehow damaged the switch so, it needs replacing. I spent about 3hrs trying to do it myself, but was unable to figure it out.  I have replaced countless switches before, but this dual switch is giving me problems. I thought it was as simple as replacing the old one with a new one.

If anyone could recommend a good diyer or electrician that could help me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I also just put a 3/2/2 on the market in Katy at 99 and Falcon Landing.  I think it was on the market for 40 Days before I was able to rent it out.  It was priced with the market.  Good luck.

I currently live in Katy, Tx and work in the Oil and Gas field.  I have one rental property paid for in Texas City that is generating good casflow about 6k per year. So, I'm pretty happy with that!
