Hey Everyone,
I am a first-time rental owner looking to get into Norfolk/VA Beach. I am a prior service member and very familiar with the area I am looking to get into.
I'm currently working with a partner to get into the market for a property that also coincides with property management and reliable realtors.
Any advice/questions to ask would be much appreciated!
