Hi, so I am new to bigger pockets and this is my first post. I have 1 rental property that I purchased about 18 months ago with help from family. I used their helco to purchase the property but now the time has come for me to pay that off. Since technically I own the property outright (no loans on it) I have the option of doing a cash out first or a helco. Looking for recommendations.
