Hi everyone,

I just bought two 3/2 single family homes in Raleigh close to downtown and am looking for a good cleaner to work with. If you have any recommendations I would really appreciate it. I know I can use Turno/TurnoverBnB but I really want to develop a strong relationship with a good cleaner who can clean both and possibly another 1 or 2 in the future.

Thanks so much!

I would love to get advice on a PM in Colorado Springs if you still have relevant info. I realize this post is 3 years old. I have noted the recommendations on replies to this post and will definitely check them out but the more recommendations the better. Thanks!

Thanks, guys. Jonathan: I probably won't need creative investing just yet, but if I'll keep you in mind after I have acquired a few properties and need to go that route.

Bill: good to know Civil Engineers can make it in this business.

Thanks, Matt. I'll make sure to keep that in mind when I talk to them next. I've talked to a couple of lenders so far and didn't think to mention the job change since nothing is set in stone at this time.

Hey BP community,

My name is Andy Ford. My wife and I are living in Boulder and looking for a duplex buy and hold to live in/rent out in the greater Denver area. At least that's the plan for now. I'm still at the researching phase and trying to meet people and ask as many questions as I can think of.

I am currently teaching high school math but am planning on getting back into my first career: civil engineering. With my engineering background and my wife being an economist we feel like we have a good solid math background. We just have to learn about how to run the numbers and what results constitute a good property. We love to ski, hike, camp, and basically do anything outdoors in the mountains. We would love to move into the mountains at some point but at this point it seems like all the jobs as well as the affordable properties are in the Denver area so we're going to look here first and maybe move into the mountains at some point in the future.

Love the podcast and the site. I look forward to networking with all of you. We've really enjoyed the people we have met so far in the RE community and have found them very encouraging. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me or would like to network.
