Hello everyone!  This is my first post on BP.  My name is Andy.  I am from Philly and relocated to Los Angeles about 4 years ago with best friend and business partner.  We have bought and remodeled 5 house here so far and we are looking to do some more!!!  The market is obviously very challenging here.  Our strength is the design and construction.  We do it all ourselves and absolutely love doing it.  Finding deals is our biggest challenge.  

I came to the site to research information about buying homes at a live auction but quickly found that its also a great place to network and do business as well.  I have been researching RE investment for years and know the best deals are the ones that are not on the market.  I understand a lot of the strategies to finding them but thats just not our strong suit.  I have been wondering where we could find people out there looking for deals to flip to rehabbers like us and hopefully I will here!!  One advantage we have is that we do all the work ourselves so we can pay a little more than some investors so if you have properties feel free to get in touch.

In the meantime i am very excited to dive into BP.  I have been blown away by the knowledge of the posters and the amount of resources here.  Hopefully it will help us get better at finding deals!!
