Hello new here! 

I was looking into getting into wholesaling as a new real estate investor but I don't know if it's a smart idea to look for opportunities in Los Angeles. As people might figure, real estate is expensive here to say the least, so I was looking to get some opinions on if I did want to try my hand in the business to try in LA where I'm unsure if it would be difficult to find cash buyers yet or try to do some wholesaling deals further out where it's a bit more affordable and probably easier to assign a contract. Any tips would be very appreciated. Thanks!
